- We will replace items damaged in transit; contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange within 3 days of delivery, recipient is responsible for all shipping charges. Item must be sent back in its original condition.
- Refund is available within 3 days of delivery. All refund will only be given to the purchaser. Item must be sent back in its original condition. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. There will be a 10% restocking charge for all item returned.
- Due to safety and hygiene reasons, all soft toys, baby items, and perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged.
